Whilst providing security for a foreign Royal Family visiting London, I was asked to arrange at short notice a pamper day for the children at the Hotel.

The family wanted the pamper day to take place early the following morning. I discovered Truly Scrumptious who were extremely helpful and prepared to travel into London on very short notice with a vague brief (due to confidentiality).

The pamper session was a massive success.

Lisa and her team arrived with all of their equipment on time, looked very smart and was professional, reflecting on the surroundings and the clientele.

The children (and in fact some of the nannies) had loads of fun and a great day and nothing was to much trouble.

Should I be tasked with arranging something similar in the future, the first call I make would be to Lisa and her team.

They were well organised, polite, professional and discreet. GREAT JOB, THANK YOU.

Absolutely amazing experience, ‘best party ever!’ said by all my twin daughters’ guests for their 6th birthday.
Our party hosts were Lisa and Ty. They were brilliant with all the very hyper girls and really inclusive of a particularly shy girl and made sure she didn’t miss out.

They worked incredibly hard throughout the party and made it an unforgettable experience.
The girls looked amazing and can’t stop talking about how they want it again for next year...

Hi Lisa and Linzi,

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for Amelia's party on Saturday - she and the girls, and Joshua, enjoyed it so much and I had lots of messages from their mum's to say how beautiful their nails and faces and little motifs looked. Amelia absolutely adored the party - she has kept her sparkly toes but had to take the finger nail varnish off for school unfortunately but we took lots of photos before. Also she kept her little cherries on her arm the next day and when we took it off that evening - she must have caught the sun a little bit on her arm as she has a faint outline of her cherries still on her arm which she is delighted with! For me I just wanted to say how lovely and friendly you both were and made us all feel very relaxed and settled and chilled out at the party - it would definitely be something that some of us mum's would like to do so hope to get back to you with a mum's evening soon. Can't thank you enough,

This is just to say thank you for making my daughter’s surprise 13th birthday truly special.

None of her friends have been to a party like this and they thoroughly enjoyed the day. When pictures were shown to parents, friends and family they were all impressed with what you provided and how you transformed the living room to make it look like a spa. This is a fantastic and unique idea for a girls party at a very good price. You delivered exactly what was offered on your website.

The service provided exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this to for any teen girl. Anyway, a big thank you again to you and your partner. Excellent party! Very special memories were created for Chante.

My daughter celebrated her 8th birthday at the weekend with a chocolate spa party. She absolutely loved it!! Lisa came before the other girls arrived so it was all set up when they got here. They were all so excited...the chocolate fountain was a massive hit as was the chocolate facial and the choice of so many nail varnishes for their fingers and toes!! Lisa was brilliant and everything was cleared away afterwards leaving only very happy girls!! I would definitely recommend one of these parties - my daughter said ‘#bestpartyever'
