Frequently Asked Questions

 

What days &  times can I book my party?

We hold parties every day of the week. Weekends get booked up quickly so we advise you to book as soon as you have a preferred date. Our time slots are 10am, 11am, 12pm 3pm, 4pm 5pm and 6pm. Our parties last for 2 ~ 2.5 hours depending on numbers & party package. We provide everything listed in package details. Everything we need for an amazing party.

How many guests do you cater for?

Our parties have a minimum of 6 or 8 guests depending on the package. There is no maximum. We will add extra hosts for large numbers. 

If you require extra hosts for minimum number parties, there will be a $70 charge per extra host.

Is there a reservation deposit?

Yes, there is a $50 deposit to confirm a date and time. The deposit is non refundable unless you book an alternative date & time. The balance is due in cash or check on the day. You are welcome to pay in instalments.

Are goody bags part of the package?

No, goody bags can be purchased at an additional cost. See our "cheeky lil' extra" page

When do I serve food to guests?

This is one of the most common question we receive. Unless you are booking one of our tea parties, we suggest buffet style/finger foods are served throughout. This way girls can come and go. If you prefer a sit down meal for all girls together, this is best done before we arrive/as we're setting up or after our party has finished.

Can siblings under the age of 5 attend a party?

Yes, we are happy to let younger siblings join in free of charge. They can have as much/little as they want. Friends of younger siblings will be charged at $30 each.

Do you have a premises to host the party?

No, we are a fully mobile company that comes to your home or chosen venue.

Can I mix and match party packages?

Yes, you can! Our packages are a guide. We are happy to change them depending on your idea of the perfect party for your daughter. I will personally take your bookings to ensure you get exactly what you want.

How long do you need to set up?

We will typically arrive 30 minutes before the party, however, our "afternoon tea" parties require a one hour set up.

​

Is there anything I need to provide?

We require a chosen venue from you, use of warm water if foot spas are being used, plug outlets, use of a microwave if there's a chocolate fountain involved, food (unless you're booking afternoon tea with us) & a birthday cake for guests. One last thing is space for us to set up our salon.
